| What: | Gluten Free Pies & Fillings** If you or any member of your family has gluten sensitivities or ciliac disease these classes will show you how to make simple flours that will save you a bundle over commercial products and allow you to make all your favorite recipes with little adjustments. These baked goods are light in texture, taste good and remind you of what baked goods used to be. You won’t believe how flaky your pie crust can be, made with Grace’s amazing all-purpose gluten free flour. Seeing and tasting is believing. And for an added bonus make gluten free pudding and creamed soup mix to boot. **Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience. You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented. |
