It's light and nutty flavor is essential to the traditional candy Marzipan and is found in many other places.  Has an almost cherry-like smell and is used in cherry products to enhance the smell and taste.

Suggested uses: A lovely addition to cakes, frosting, cookies and other confections.  Makes delicious Almond Poppy Seed cookies.
