Learn how to use gluten free pastry flour to make a variety of sweet breads—pumpkin, zucchini and banana with minor changes in your favorite recipes.

**Make-N-Take: Make-N-Take classes are designed to give you hands-on, practical experience with the material being taught.  They focus on a specific section of the survey class for the whole 2 hours.  You get to practice making what is being taught, and then take it home to share with your family.
