Mel's Basic Green Smoothie

8oz of water, almond milk, or other liquid.  Stay away from juices as they add a lot of sugar.
1/2 cup of greek yogurt or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
1/2 of a banana
1/4 cup of any berry you like
1/4 cup freeze-dried spinach (1/2 cup fresh)
Handful of ice (optional)

Blend together and enjoy.

You can also freeze in ice pop molds for a guilt-free treat!  I like to use the silicone ones.  You can find them on Amazon.
