| What: | Dutch Oven Cooking** Learn how to use a Dutch oven as your primary source of cooking either on wood coals, charcoal or propane. You will learn how to use a Dutch oven as a griddle, roasting pan, frying pan and oven. How to care for and clean your oven will also be covered. Each class includes a complete meal along with instruction on how to care and use your stove. Come hungry—dinner will be served.**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience. You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented. |
