Gluten Free Baking Survey Class
If you or any member of your family has gluten sensitivities or ciliac disease, this class will show you how to make simple flour blends that will save you a bundle over commercial products and allow you to make all your favorite recipes with just a little adjustment.  These baked goods are light in texture, taste good and remind you of what baked goods used to be.

Come and try delicious samples, get great tips for better gluten-free baking and some great recipes to share with your friends and family...and just in time for the holidays.
