Another great benefit is the amount of shelf space it saves. One #10 can of tomato powder replaces:
Another great benefit is time and fuel efficiency. Most tomato powder products are made by pouring the powder into boiling water and stirring. No simmering—just instant product. Just add a few spices and you are done.
I had invited a couple of young men over for dinner one night. Unfortunately I arrived home 15 minutes before they arrived. I quickly set the table and started dinner. Since I had a can of marinara sauce powder and spaghetti noodles, I decided to fix spaghetti. While the noodles were cooking, I made a salad and spread butter and garlic on some bread. I then brought some water to boil and stirred in the marinara sauce and some freeze-dried hamburger. To my relief the young men arrived just as I was getting the bread out of the oven. I had everything ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Pretty good for a last minute meal!
After this experience, I took the powder and used it in all my old recipes for making condiments and sauces. It worked great and was so much easier to use. I am really excited about the many uses of tomato powder. You too can save so much time, money and storage space. Join me for my next class on using tomato powder.
