Gluten Free Yeast Breads**
If you or any member of your family has gluten sensitivities or ciliac disease these classes will show you how to make simple flours that will save you a bundle over commercial products and allow you to make all your favorite recipes with little adjustments.  These baked goods are light in texture, taste good and remind you of what baked goods used to be. 

Learn to make homemade bread that is moist, has a good flavor and keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks.

**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience.  You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented.
