| What: | Preserving Your Best Fall harvest is upon us and what better way to preserve the bounties of the season than to learn the safe way to can them. Join Grace Corey, master food safety advisor for the University of Idaho, for a series of wonderful classes on canning. Each class teaches a different canning process—hot pack, cold pack and pressure canning, as well as safety tips for using each process. Whether you are new to canning or a pro, you will greatly benefit from the information in this 3-part series.
